Will FOMO be able to carry out extra customizations, should I wish to make any?

Yes, of course. For any extra custom requests, you will have to purchase a watch on our website, and specifically state your request in the comment box during check out, or reply directly to your order confirmation e-mail.


Does FOMO accept orders in large numbers?
Yes, we do. Just drop us an email and we would be happy to process your request.


What is the warranty period for FOMO watches?

The warranty period of each FOMO timepiece is 24 months (2 years), starting from the date of purchase.


What does the warranty for FOMO watches cover?

Kindly note that the warranty is only valid for item and manufacturing defects upon receiving. Any damage resulting from personal misuse and accidents will deem the warranty void.


Can I return the item once purchased?

As FOMO specifically caters to personalization requests and made-to-order watches, items purchased cannot be returned.


What if I changed my mind?

As mentioned, we produce and design the watches just for you. Once it is in the production stage, it will be exceptionally difficult for us to re-purpose it.


However, the grace period between receiving your order and production is 24 hours, so be sure to email us within the duration after placing your order. Include your number number, and requests. Any requests after the 24-hour grace period will not be accepted.


How long will the customization process take?

Upon payment, it will take approximately 5 working days for us to craft and assemble the watch to your liking. We will then ship it thereafter, so that would leave us with about 14 days (2 weeks) in total for it to get to you.
